Project Brief

You will be allocated a dedicated account manager who will work with you to confirm a project brief and finalise details such as packaging, formulations, and pricing.

Approval Process

A formal quotation will be sent to you including final costs, packaging, and formulations for your approval.

Payment

Payment is required to confirm your project, at this point we will be able to process the order and confirm a production slot and timeline.

Branding and Label design

Send us your unique label and branding for us to apply to your selected packaging. We will provide you with a product specification and cutter guide which will drive your label content and ensure your label is suitable. We support you with your label design and compliance if required at no cost

Production and Quality Assurance

Your product will be manufactured under GMP standard to ensure guarantee the highest quality. As standard your product goes through stringent quality checks and testing before it is carefully packed and shipped.

Delivery

All products are provided as ExWorks, however if you need support with export, we may be able to accommodate for an additional fee. At Supplement Factory, we delivered your product to your destination along with Certificate of Analysis (CofA) & Good Manufacturing Practices Certificate (GMP)
